With 20 years of experience working with individuals and teams, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Susan has facilitated a wide range of approaches to help clients develop innovative solutions grounded in strategic insights. She designs a collaborative, engaging and inclusive journey for each client, applying the principles of Creative Problem Solving, design thinking, multiple intelligences theory, and improvisation to disrupt ordinary thinking and create breakthroughs for individuals, teams and organizations. 

Susan has attended CPSI since 2002 and has led Core CPS programs since 2008. A dynamic facilitator who loves to empower others, she is working on a story of her grandparents' immigrant experience. At CPSI, Susan loves love connecting with her tribe! It is her time to connect with old friends, laugh, and share engaging experiences together.
