Stephen has been a certified Strategic Play® facilitator and trainer with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology since 2011. He has level II certification in Simplex Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making. Stephen worked as an Associate Faculty Member and Strategic Mentor in the MBA Program at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada for over 6 years. He was a part of the team in 2011 to transition LSP from the licensed to an open source model. In 2013, he was a part of the team that supported the LEGO® Foundation to bring LSP to the United Nations.

Stephen has provided in-house LSP training (LSP Teams and Groups, LSP for Strategic Storytelling, LSP for Creative Problem Solving, LSP for Playing with Strategy), to clients including the US Airforce, Procter and Gamble (USA and Venezuela), & T. Rowe Price. Since 2010, Stephen has volunteered at the Creative Problem Solving Institute, sharing his knowledge and skills with his peers. Stephen’s favourite thing about CPSI is hard to pin down, but he loves seeing and reconnecting with all his old connections year after year, and making new friends in the countless hours of fun and excitement CPSI has to offer! Stephen is an avid mountain biker and loves exploring the mountains on his motorcycle.
