Over the years, Marika’s passion for connecting people and ideas for a cause has led her to work in international cooperation, marketing communications, corporate training and as a facilitator and coach. She attended her first CPSI in 2017 (where she met her co-presenter Van!) and presented there in 2018. That same year, she became a certified FourSight facilitator. Her ever-evolving CPS practice has changed her life and that of those around her, helping them to approach challenges with hope, greater clarity and of course, creativity. Marika currently works as an Innovation Specialist in a Canadian government organization solving complex housing-related problems using creativity! She often finds herself making up stories on the fly (complete with voices and sound effects) to entertain her 3 and 4 year old nieces. Marika’s favorite thing about CPSI is that it’s an inclusive celebration of human potential, and a ton of fun! From her very first year it felt like a homecoming and she’s been returning ever since to recharge her batteries and refresh her toolkit.
