Mallory has 10+ years facilitation experience, including training in the Sustained Dialogue methodology for conflict resolution and community problem solving. For 5 years she worked as a professional facilitator at the Deloitte Greenhouse, where Mallory used CPS as a core aspect of her methodology every day. She also has 6+ years of experience facilitating personal transformation and healing as a 500-Hr certified yoga teacher specializing in breathwork and meditation.
Mallory facilitated CPS Tools & Techniques alongside Susan Newhouse at CPSI in 2018. She is obsessed with systems theories and envisioning a future for the world that is beautiful, uplifting, regenerative and equitable. She’s currently co-designing plans for a sanctuary/center that will be a microcosm of what she believes is possible for our macro-society. Mallory and her partners are integrating principles from biomimicry, permaculture, CPS, improv, mindfulness and relational somatics into our socio-economic systems, resource use and governance practices. She loves to nerd out on all these and related topics...come find her to ideate on the future of the world!!
Mallory’s favorite thing about CPSI is the incredible energy that everyone brings to each session and the overall experience. She finds it such a pleasure to be in a community where everyone has a "yes and" attitude and is willing to dive into any exercise with full openness and positivity. She is so excited to feel and contribute to the magic again!
