2020 was Mallori’s first CPSI and she led a session on listening. She found it extremely fulfilling to support the event and she enjoyed working with Beth and Missy! She loves to laugh and finds that doing so helps her build community. One of Mallori’s dreams is to add a touch of laughter and humor in her professional work each day. This is certainly a creative pursuit because she works with doctors, police officers, politicians, and leaders. She loves inviting people to crack a smile, laugh or play which creates a connection that has lasting impressions for everyone. Mallori loved the number of amazing people attending and presenting at CPSI and that has her thrilled to participate again this year!
