Kim is a trained Creative Problem Solving facilitator and uses it extensively in combination with Appreciative Inquiry as her business's foundation to help organizations, startups, and individuals bring their vision to life. From brainstorming new names and tag lines for startup businesses to creating brands for large corporations, Kim uses CPS concepts and tools every day and is always looking for new ways to apply them. She left a long career in the corporate world to start her own business because she is passionate about helping others be more collaborative, creative, and positive at work. In 2020, Kim started a podcast called Creative Flow: Thinkers and Change Agents with Anthony Billoni that shares the stories of leaders actively involved in applying deliberate creativity worldwide.
