Gina facilitates programs, from 90 minutes to 18 months, for organizations around the country on a variety of topics, relating to leadership, creativity, mindfulness, and diversity & inclusion. Specifically, with regards to CPSI, she has been engaged with the community as both a participant and a presenter for 6-7 years, and is certified in FourSight. There isn't anything in the world that lights Gina up more than the honor and privilege of facilitating. Little known fact: she used to be a drummer in an all-girl dance band. On the business side, Gina helps organizations use CPS tools and techniques to solve business challenges. On the personal side, she is a photographer and a collage-ist. Her favorite things about CPSI include the incredible connections, deep conversations, and the dancing. She is looking forward to all of those!
