Clay is the subject matter expert on Creativity at KCC for their internal virtual university and he teaches CPS classes and acts as an informal CPS facilitator. He loves discussing and examining different creative processes, methods and tools and how and when to best apply them. Continuing to explore his own creative expression has lead Clay to becoming a futurist. The supportive, engaging atmosphere of CPSI always re-energizes him after he attends.
