Andy is a learning and innovation professional who meets people where they are, listens to and honors their experience, and builds partnerships and cultures where people work together to break down barriers and demonstrate a willingness to experiment in order to break open new and better ways of doing things. He loves people, is always learning, and likes to think he is typically full of wonder (it's a work in progress). One of his favorite things to do is find wonder in every day life, and then share it with whoever is there in that moment. Yes, he’s that guy in the grocery store who'll notice you singing the tune being played over the PA and join you for a bar or four. Andy has also been known to ask screaming children what sound a cow makes (quiets them almost every time). His favorite thing about CPSI is the being-with that happens when like-minded folk gather.
