Pascal is a professional actor trained at the National Theatre School of Canada, who recycled himself into a qualitative researcher. He utilizes his acting skills in his roles as facilitator, moderator and star of flash-mob revivals of A Streetcar Named Desire. He applies techniques from improvisational theatre in role-playing exercises, ideation sessions, engaging ice-breaker games and behavioral training. Pascal uses “Play-Based Exercises” to yield more meaningful conversations and nurture empathy.
Since 2012, he has been the president and founder of Patenaude Research and Communications (because who else would name their company that way?), a qualitative research consulting firm - specializing in the French Canadian market, who helps his clients interpret the culture and better understand their targets.
Having tasted CPSI’s conference for the first time last year, he is hungry for more, eagerly looking forward to sharing and experiencing different approaches for personal and professional growth- and having fun along the way!
