Jean designs and facilitates processes to help teams solve business problems, using Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking, Appreciative Inquiry, and storytelling. She has been working as a facilitator since 2012, but worked with CPS techniques for many years before that through her employment at General Mills. She likes to create outdoor spaces through gardening and landscaping and during COVID summer 2020, Jean created a fairy garden landscape along the creek in her backyard. She enjoys creating scrapbooks and picture/story books that capture memories and stories of family life. This is extending into an oral history project with her 93-year-old mom, who has been in lockdown in long term care, helping her write her life stories and share them with her family and friends. Jean’s favorite thing about CPSI is the community! She loves the magical way that colleagues become friends when she's at CPSI!
