Envisioning and Embodying Trust

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Trust can feel delicate or sturdy depending on the situation. We often don’t know when it is there – only when it is lost. If it is lost we don’t know where to find it. Building trust with ourselves and with others can seem impossible. This session will examine the complexity and simplicity of trust, and how we as individuals can build and reinforce it with others and with ourselves.

What will you learn or experience as a result of this program or session?
  • Elements of trust
  • Personal relationship to trust and how we know it is there.
  • Have a plan to build trust in a situation of the participant’s choosing.

How might the content of this program or session change your perceptions, habits, ways of working, or view on the world?
  • Relief to know there is something that can be done about lost trust.
  • A reframing so that trust is not all or nothing.
  • A rearranging of how we approach connecting with humanity.
