Breath exercises are simple, practical tools that you can incorporate into your workday or CPS sessions, whether you are new to CPS or an experienced CPS facilitator. Different breath practices have different effects on the human brain and nervous system. In this session you will learn some quick breath techniques and the science behind how they can prime your brain to be more effective at creativity and collaboration.

About Mallory & Breath Connection
Mallory is the Founder of Breath Connection, which uses the transformative and scientifically-supported power of the human breath to build core leadership skills such as creativity, collaboration and resilience in individuals and teams. She is a Core Faculty Member at CPSI, teaching Tools & Techniques and has facilitated at UNLEASH, the world's largest social innovation lab. She worked for 5 years as a facilitator at the Deloitte Greenhouse, specializing in sessions on executive strategy, innovation and leadership team effectiveness. A 500-hr certified yoga teacher, Mallory has studied the effects of breathwork on the human brain and nervous system with Dr. Joe Loizzo of the Nalanda Institute and Anand Mehrotra of Sattva Yoga.
