Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a proven methodology that focuses on the strengths of the organization and encourages a team to co-create the future they desire. It is ideal for the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world we are facing today. This session explores how to combine  AI methodology and Creative Problem Solving (CPS) tools in both your personal and professional life.

Kim will share practical stories describing how a positive, strengths-based approach has helped organizations of all sizes achieve faster and better outcomes. This 90 min workshop will provide participants with time to experience AI methodology and explore specific ways to use it to enhance engagement, leverage collaboration and come up with actionable outcomes. The combination of these concepts can add a powerful dimension to your practice and will open up new best practices that are supported by extensive academic research.
