We all want to be healthy, happy, and feel like our lives have meaning, but unfortunately, we often lose our way over the course of our lifetime. We may consistently put off our inner peace, joy, and contentment. We may fall in old habits that we have difficulty getting out of.

Jeremy and Will will demonstrate that the embracing of a creative lifestyle can have a positive impact on wellbeing, based on current research. They will also share the working hypothesis—that in the same way that creativity can be trained, so too, can wellbeing. They will share plans for future research that will hopefully validate this perspective.

Using experiential techniques such as guided art creation, ideation, implementation planning, and guided visualization, Jeremy and Will will help you to experience the benefits of creativity, flow, and relaxation, which are correlated with higher wellbeing. The intention is to create a workshop experience that catalyzes all participants to take their wellbeing into their own hands.
